In that day I will call my servant Eliakim the son of Hilkiah, and I will clothe him with your robe, and will bind your sash on him, and will commit your authority to his hand. And he shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem and to the house of Judah. And I will place on his shoulder the key of the house of David. He shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open. Is 22:20-22

David is a lifelong brother originally from Monterrey, México and currently the Presiding Elder of the brotherhood. He studied Electronic and Computers Engineering in the “Tecnologico of Monterrey”. In the last few years, David has been doing missionary work, mainly in Latin America, helping in the establishment of Christian communities and in the evangelization and care of young people. He continues to do so, on top of also promoting our vocation to live single for the Lord and training young men who are interested in our life in the Servants of the Word. He likes to climb mountains and run marathons, though he is getting a bit old for that.
