Given our current situation, some people have strongly urged us to stop posting on social media and we appreciate their concern that we don’t proceed with business as usual. We are dealing with tragic and painful issues, and the last thing we want is to seem tone-deaf.

At the same time, we see with great gratitude that the Lord is still at work advancing his kingdom and moving our mission forward: conferences, training programs, community building efforts all show fruit across the regions. We are humbled that during these challenging times we do see the Lord at work. Many of our friends and supporters want us to inform them about those happenings.

As a result, we are going to make the following changes to our social media policy. We will continue to share good things that happen in various mission fields, in order to glorify God and keep our friends informed. We will also try, to the best of our abilities, to be more forthcoming and share about developments and steps we are taking to redress our current problems. And we will reduce the frequency of our posts.

We realize that some will consider these changes insufficient and we totally understand if they no longer follow us for the time being.
